Fitting everything before paint. Making everything aftermarket fit decent is a chore. Parts coming off for etch blast, sealer, powder coat for final assembly. Soon this will be heading off to paint.

1965 Mustang sheetmetal final fit. Front bumper brackets rebuilt. Rock guard extended to fit the fenders.
Headlight bezels adjusted and modified to fit.
Cowl gap cut in at the fenders. Hood edges extended to fit the bezels.
Valance threaded inserts, Fenders and doors gapped.
Onto engineering and exhaust before heading to paint.

1965 Mustang engine bay, fenders and hood fitment. Built new upper fender ledges. Inner fender splash guards. Front chassis tube work. Trunk inner panels. Inner fender rock shields. Front chassis stiffened up with 1.75" .188 dom tubing, 1.5" .120 dom.
10g plates to the firewall and torque boxes. Tubing runs through the stock chassis to a scrub bar protecting the swaybar and rack while tightening up the stock remains of the chassis.
New firewall cowl ledge, Washers and threaded inserts on the front fenders and splash guards. Getting the oem sheetmetal to fit really well without cutting everything to fit. Closing in on the metalwork.

Front driveline hoop is in.
Rear suspension setup, coil over mounts, trunk floor work to clear the upper suspension links.

1965 Mustang Coupe progress.
Inner fenders in the works. Mirror imaged the stock bead rolls. Control arm covers built. Heat shrunk stock wobbly panels. Trunk panels in the works for quarter panel protection and electronics mounting. Fuel pump access cover finished. Underside of body finished for raptor liner.

1965 Mustang Coupe progress
Back seat frame finished for upholstery. Channels built in to run wiring.
Headliner zero rust painted and dynamatted. Stereo hole fixed. Trans tunnel finished with shifter access and stock shifter bezel. Steering column installed and steering setup. Motor and trans mounts modded and built. The engine is set back a few inches.

Byson's 1967 Chevelle progress.
Chassis stiffening and skid bars built from 1.5" .188"dom. Tightened up the typical stock flex in the front of the chassis. Added protection for the Lemons headers, oil and trans pan.
Trans mount built for exhaust clearance and easy removal.
Trans tunnel cut to fit the 4l80e. Access panels for the speed sensors and trans cooler lines. Gas pedal area reworked to unbury the bellhousing bolt. Additional clearance for the header tube to the toeboard.
Interior scanned to start the roll bar build.

Gunnar's 72 Suburban floor taking shape. Driveshaft tunnel welded and finished. Floor humps over the chassis finished to match the stock front seat mount. Stock floor pulled back into shape.
