SUBURBAN SPEED STAGE "2" BIG BORE KIT is a great choice for your Twin Cam 96 or 103 engine. This kit uses the same Mahle Motorsports 107 custom piston as our Stage 1 kit but comes with our STAGE "1" 1.900 ported heads and T-MAN 590 chain drive cams.
Add up to 70% increase in power.

Stage "1" 107 big bore kit
SUBURBAN SPEED 107 BIG BORE KIT is a great choice for your Twin Cam 96-103 engines. What sets our kit apart from our competitors is our custom Mahle Motorsports piston and cam combination. Mahle uses the latest in piston forging technology. These pistons are forged from 4032 alloy instead of 2618 which allows for tighter skirt clearances for quieter operation. Piston skirts are coated with a Grafal anti-friction coating which reduces scuffing and cylinder bore wear. The ring grooves are coated with a phosphate coating which helps lubricate the piston rings,wrist pins and prevents micro welding. Our kit also has the latest in piston ring technology. With a 1.2mm top ring 1.5mm cast iron napier second and 2.8mm oil rings. Piston give you 10.1 to 1 compression ratio with stock heads.
Add up to 40% increase in power.

Suburban Speed 120 kit
Convert your 2007 to 2014 Screamin' Eagle 110 into a 120 with Suburban Speeds new 120 piston & cylinder kit. This piston & cylinder kit comes with the correct granite cylinders with a bore of 4.070, and our tride and true Mahle 120 - 6.1cc dome pistons. Pistons have a plasma moly to ring with napir cast second, and low tension oil rings. This kit also comes with Cometic head and base gaskets.
Kit requires the purchase of Screamin Eagle 4 5/8 flywheel, & oil jet assembly.

Kits fit Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam 110+, Stock 110, Pro Twin Cam ACR, MVA, or Hurricane CNC heads.
