Dave and Colleen from Half Dozen Customs headed out to another car show, but this one was extra special for us because it was the hometown show for the 1949 Jeep W***ys Pickup. It has been a dream for the last few years to be able to have the Jeep attend this show, and after all the work that went into the build, it was awesome to finally see it sitting on display in Mentone. It was a really nice day with just over 115 vehicles in attendance, excellent food at the festival, and so many different car creations to check out throughout the day. The best part was seeing people stop and take a close look at the Jeep, asking questions and checking out all the details that Dave worked so hard on during the build. To top it all off, the Jeep ended up taking home an award, and we could not be more proud of how this project turned out. A huge thank you to the Mentone Chamber of Commerce for hosting another great Egg Festival and Car Show. It was a great day filled with horsepower, good food, and a lot of fun, and we hope you enjoy the video.
