A quick clarification for our customers and community: An individual recently made false claims publicly about our business after removing his motorcycle before the agreed‑upon work was completed.
We've documented the entire situation, including photos and communication.
Upon calling the authorities on us and sending them to our home, they reviewed everything and confirmed there was no issue. When the (very confused and amused) authorities tried calling him for his side of the story, he neglected to answer or return the call.
These accusations do not reflect our standards, our work, or our reputation. This was an isolated incident involving unreasonable behavior and is not representative of how we operate.We remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and high‑quality service. Thank you to our loyal customers for your continued support — we stand confidently behind the work we do and love and respect you all. This will be the only statement posted by DBD as our focus is on continuing to meet our deadlines and growing our business.
