Customer just picked up this Gen 2 Raptor a couple month back and unfortunately had already had to put some $$ into it with a new transmission and now a shock rebuild.
-
His future plans to to keep the lift since itā€™s already on but want to step down to a 18ā€ wheel (smallest he can go with the lift) and 37ā€ tires instead of the current 22ā€ wheels and 38ā€ tires. Heā€™s stepping in the right direction.

There were two shocks that had been leaking and from the second photo, you can clearly also see a failed IFPā€¦ the bumps were also replaced, with the original bumps dry rotting

2022 37PP Gen 3 Raptor in at 81k miles for a rebuild, removal & reinstall, and diagnosing a rear shock clunk. During rebuild, replaced both front coilover bushings, replaced a rear shock shaft that caused a leak, and reworked a live valve thread, with cap replacement.

Thankfully, this was the only mud hole we ran into and the rest of the day was sunny and dry, allowing us to hit all the spots

He just had some new tires installed a few days prior and began to hear from slight rubbing. After install of the SDI leveling buckets, issue was solved.

Joseph McGowan in for a shock rebuild with removal and reinstall.

The appointment was technically for last Saturday but ran into two issues after completing the fronts.
-
Instead of having Joseph McGowan wait around, I threw on some Gen 3 rear shocks, sent him on his way, allowing me more time to work through the rears.
-
After a 4 hour around trip this morning to install his rear shocks, heā€™s ready to hit the trails and UtahRaptorRuns next outing!
