☀️🔥 AS SUMMER HEATS UP, REMEMBER THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED YEAR-ROUND 🔥☀️
Higher temperatures can increase the risks associated with certain items, but these restrictions apply in both climate-controlled and non-climate units all year long.
For the safety of our customers, staff, and facility, the following items are prohibited:
🚫 Food & Perishable Items
Food can attract insects, rodents, and other pests that can affect not only your belongings but neighboring units as well.
🚫 Bottled Water & Other Stored Beverages
Temperature changes can cause plastic bottles to weaken, crack, or leak over time, potentially causing damage to your property and neighboring units.
🚫 Flammable Liquids & Fuels
Gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, paint thinners, and similar products create serious fire hazards.
🚫 Propane Tanks, Fireworks & Explosives
These items pose significant safety risks and are not permitted.
🚫 Hazardous Chemicals
Pool chemicals, pesticides, corrosives, and other hazardous materials can leak, react, or create dangerous conditions.
🚫 Illegal or Dangerous Items
Any items prohibited by law or that present a threat to people or property may not be stored.
⚠️ These restrictions are part of your storage lease agreement. Storing prohibited items may be considered a lease violation and may result in management action, including termination of your rental agreement.
When in doubt, contact the office before moving an item into storage. We're happy to help determine whether an item is appropriate for storage.
