Our good friend Dawson Myers made sure we put in the LABOR on Labor Day!

His Ram has been getting put to work as a work truck lately and it was eating him up inside because this man LOVES this truck almost as much as he loves Wet Whips Detailing LLC

From pieces of Sheetrock to cigarette butts, the interior was definitely needing some EXTRA attention.

Dawson originally booked a Mini Detail, but once we saw the truck in person and talked it over, we knew this one was going to take some extra time and wouldn’t be the starting price.

That’s why we always like to see the vehicle and talk with you about what you actually need. Every vehicle is different.

Nothing crazy. No 3-day restoration. Just a good ol’ fashioned Wet Whips Mini Detail to get this Ram cleaned up, refreshed and back looking right.

THIS BMW X5 HAD A LITTLE MORE THAN A SPILLED MILK PROBLEM…

This BMW X5 came in after milk had been spilled inside of it.

Once we got into the detail and started digging deeper, we found what we believed to be maggots around the areas affected by the spilled milk.

This is exactly why some situations require more than a normal interior detail.

We performed one of our Disaster Details, going through the interior and attacking the contamination, buildup and odor that had developed.

After a LOT of work, we were able to eliminate a significant amount of the horrible odor and get this X5 back to a point where it’s ready for the road again.

Not every detail is glamorous. 😂

Sometimes it’s paint correction and ceramic coatings…

And sometimes it’s “what is growing in this BMW?” 😭

Either way, we’re here for it.

SHEETROCK VS LEXUS… AND THE LEXUS DIDN’T WIN.

This Lexus ES 350 came to us after a piece of Sheetrock decided to slap the car during the storm we recently had.

Unfortunately, situations like this are one of those times where we can’t promise perfection — especially when we’re dealing with damage that may have gone beyond the clear coat.

But we can make it a LOT better.

We carefully worked the affected areas, safely removing as many defects as possible without compromising the paint. Once we were satisfied with the improvement, we gave the rest of the Lexus a one-step paint correction to bring the gloss and clarity back across the entire vehicle.

Then we finished it off with Opti-Coat Ultra Shine for that extra level of gloss and protection.

The goal wasn’t to pretend the damage never happened.

The goal was to make the best possible improvement while preserving the paint we had left.

And honestly… we’ll take that transformation all day.

Another one leaving Wet Whips looking WET.
