Wrapping up an annual maintenance reapplication on this AT 4 and getting started on this red F350 fresh from the body shop for rust repair. Perfect fall weather out here in the thumb 👍🏻 of Michigan. 😁 🎃

Vehicle prep is one of the most important parts of our rustproofing procedure. Since day one we have "pre-washed" the vehicle before applying rustproofing products. The reapplication on this 20' F-150 is no exception. We have been servicing this truck since new and it's back after 14 months for its second maintenance application and now has over 90000 miles. It's also a dirt road truck. As you can see we soft wash 1200 psi at 4.5 gallons per minute at 140° degrees to quickly remove any dirt build up. We always flush frames also. Virtually zero rust is found on this truck frame even after 6 years of Michigan salt, brine, humidity, and calcium chloride saturated dirt roads.

October is almost here! Lots going on!! October 1st is our official 6 year anniversary of being open full time. Also on Thursday we are heading to Iowa for C.O.R.E. 26 (complete off-road experience) a national off-road event put on by Complete Offroad. A wedding, our youngest's birthday and the 2026 Sape SXS charity ride. On top of all that we have over 70 rustproofing service appointments in the next 30 days which is a record for us. We thank everyone as none of this would be possible without all of you, the countless referrals and reviews amazes. 🫵🏻🙂🤜🏻🤛🏻

We finally got a Mahindra Roxor in today. This 2017 Roxor is starting to rust so it was time to get it protected. Those not familiar with these are not "knockoff" jeeps rather their own beast. They do have the same dimensions as a jeep CJ 5 but share nothing else. Weighing in at a whopping 3200 lbs these are all steel with Dana 44 front and rear axles, super thick full boxed frame, 4-cylinder turbo diesel, cast iron 5 speed manual transmission and cast iron 3 speed manual transfer case.
We are jeep fans and off-road enthusiasts here and we think these are pretty cool.

Our last System X Ceramic Protection service of the year is complete. This 26' Zr2 Duramax received a 5 year coating as well as full Platinum Rust Protection.
Why was this the last ceramic service of the year? We can only perform this service during the warm weather months and when we're "slower" because they take us a couple days to complete. This trucks appointment was made back in June.
Starting next week we are in full tilt busy season rustproofing with extended hours and weekends. I can't preach it enough this time of year, we book out months and months so even if you're vehicle isnt due back for reapplication for months, get ahold of us and get on the books.
We just received a fresh shipment of Brine Buster and we're ready to properly prep your vehicle before applying rustproofing this winter! Have a great Thursday everyone.
