Though we do believe it's best to apply rustproofing when your vehicle is new or nearly new, that's not always necessary. This 1982 Chrysler New Yorker is a good example. It has surface rust throughout its body and oil base rustproofing can slow it's progression. Even my personal vehicles are prime examples, my Grand Prix had two small rust bubbles when I bought it two years ago and they haven't changed and my old Chevy pickup has light rust all over it and it hasn't moved at all in the almost 10 years I've owned it.

First ceramic coating of the year! What do you think of this mint 1996? We used System X PRO ceramic on this beautiful black step side today to help protect that paint for years to come. We apply ceramic to the entire exterior including the trim, glass, rims, lights, everything! Except the tires. Most Mint 88-98 Bowties
