Call to action - This could be our LAST chance to stop pesticide corporations from getting legal IMMUNITY from lawsuits.

In other words, if people get cancer from their products, they couldn’t sue.

This Friday, January 9, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court will decide whether to hear the Monsanto/Bayer Roundup cancer case.

Bayer bought Monsanto in 2018. They now sell Roundup, a w**d killer made with glyphosate.

Here’s why this matters to every family.

🚨 Glyphosate has been linked to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and other cancers.

🚨 Roundup is sold without a cancer warning on the label. Bayer continues to run ads claiming it is safe.

🚨 Now Bayer is asking the Court to rule that because the EPA did not require a cancer warning on the label, the company should be shielded from ALL liability.

What Bayer isn’t telling the Court is this:

⚠️ Roundup’s approval was based on a study that Monsanto scientists ghostwrote.

⚠️ That study was later retracted.

If the Supreme Court agrees to hear this case and sides with Bayer, it could set a precedent that shields manufacturers of more than 57,000 EPA-approved pesticide products — and future pesticides — from many failure-to-warn lawsuits, even when approval was based on flawed or fraudulent science.

Let that sink in.

Monsanto ghostwrote the science.
Buried the risks.
Worked with regulators to get approval.

And now Bayer wants that fraud-based approval to become permanent immunity.

Let’s make sure everyone knows what’s really happening here.

This case isn’t ultimately just about Roundup. It’s about whether companies can use fraud-based approvals to escape accountability.

🚨 HERE’S WHAT TO DO NOW:
1. Share this everywhere.
2. Like, comment, and repost posts about this case.
