🔘 10:00 AM Start bringing in your equipment
Enter at GATE 4 (Smith & Fair Roads)
🔘 6:30 PM – POTLUCK DINNER – Beer Garden Building area
Bring A Covered Dish to Share
Burgers, Hot Dogs, Tableware (plates, utensils, napkins), water to be supplied
🔸FRIDAY – July 17 – Show 9AM to 7PM
🔘 9:00 AM – Silent Auction begins thru Saturday 4:00 PM
🔘 10:00 AM – TRACTOR GAMES – Behind Building 22
🔘 Noon-2:00 PM – SAFETY PRESENTATION – Building 22

🔘 1:00 PM – KIDDIE TRACTOR PULL – (3-4 / 5-6 / 7-8 / 9-10 years old) – Building 22
🔘 4:00 PM – Youth Tractor Raffle – Will start with large items/tractors(s), garden tractors, then move to
Building 22 for small items, tool boxes, floor jacks, bottle jacks, tools, etc.
🔘 4:00 PM – Silent Auction ends - winners announced following Youth Raffle - (Don’t need to be present to win)
