What an incredible 26-year journey! Today, we proudly closed the doors to Upper Providence Auto for the final time, grateful for the unforgettable memories and relationships forged. We will deeply miss you all! Heartfelt thanks to our phenomenal customers, many of whom became like family over the years. We feel truly blessed to have had the privilege of serving each and every one of you!

It is an end of an era!
This afternoon my dad Bill finished his last job! Bill has been in this building for 26 years and in the Automotive world since he was a little boy. He started pumping gas at a gas station in Clifton Heights as a kid. Being the second oldest of 9 if you wanted something you had to work for it. My entire life I have known my dad to be a go-getter, a hard worker, and an honest repair man. Sometimes he worked 2,3 &4 jobs to make ends meet. I spent 13 years working the desk for him so I could see my dad fill his lifelong dream of owning his own repair shop. I would like to take a second to thank each and every one of you our loyal customers for helping my dad fill that dream! Thank you!!!
Upper Providence Automotive wouldnt have been possibly without all of you.
Today marks not the end, but the beginning of a well-deserved retirement, that I hope he fills with riding his motorcycle and taking the boat that he has rebuilt from the ground up over the years out and finally gets to enjoying it. I hope my parents get to enjoy each other and not be two ships passing in the night like they have the past 37 years.
It takes dedication and sacrifices to make life work. Now we begin to clean out the shop and as he locks the door next week for the last time I know it will be with a heavy heart but happy tears!

Just a friendly reminder we will be closed for our yearly vacation starting Monday September 5th and ending September 12th !!! We hope that everyone has a safe Labor Day and a great start back to school! We will be back Monday the 12th seen you then!

As Labor Day Weekend approaches and School, kids sports, and before we know it, the Holidays, We would like to remind our customers general maintenance and upkeep is very important! A quick oil change or check over can prevent things like severely worn tires, leaking fluids and brake where and tear from becoming a future issue or even worse an inspection time billing nightmare! Keeping your car safe and reliable is our goal! As a family run business our customers and the safety of them and their family is our utmost concern! Your family is our family! Ride and arrive safe!

As we get close to the holiday weekend we would like to Thank and remember all the men and women in the armed forces for their ultimate sacrifice! To our amazing customers, Please stay healthy and enjoy your holiday we will be closed Monday and will open back up Tuesday for business!

Due to the rise in Covid cases we are going to be changing the way we have been doing business in order to keep everyone safe.
We are asking anyone entering the shop to please wear a mask and keep a safe distance.
When your car is done we will call like we always do.
Starting tomorrow we will be putting invoices in cars on the drivers seat. When you arrive you have the option to go to your car to find the invoice then call the shop and pay with your card over the phone or come in and make other payment arrangements.
If you are sick or feeling sick please reschedule your appointment with us to prevent any chance of possible contact with illnesses.
We look forward to being able to provide services to all our amazing customers during these trying times and hope everyone stays healthy and safe!

With Memorial Day Weekend coming we would like to let everyone know we will be here in the shop taking calls, pick ups and drop offs Friday until 12:30 - 1 ish and closed Monday, we will be open again 8 Am Tuesday for normal Business. We know these are trying times for everyone! As a small family run business our hearts are with each and every one of our customers and we hope these hard times come to an end quickly for everyone. If there is anything we can do please don’t hesitate to call the shop. Sometimes a simple question can bring peace of mind. Please be safe and stay Healthy!
