2012 6.7 Powerstroke came in the shop with a cylinder 3 contribution fault, during a manual compression test we only had 350 psi compared to the other cylinders being around 425-450. During our diagnosis we removed the injector and found it was loose causing compression to leak past into the crank case. New injector installed correctly and customer is back at correct compression.

We finalized the 6.7 Powerstroke service last week. Regrettably, our inspection found evidence of CP4 injection pump failure, resulting in metal contaminants dispersing throughout the fuel system. To address this issue, we installed a fuel contamination kit and implemented a DCR conversion kit. The original metal fuel tank was upgraded to an S&B plastic tank, removing the risk of rust and delamination. Additionally, S&B cab bushings were installed. In light of our findings, we highly recommend considering a DCR conversion or CP3 swap for vehicles fitted with the problematic CP4 injection pump.

We recently serviced a 1999 Ford F450 7.3 that required various upgrades and maintenance to enhance its performance. The customer specifically requested increased power output and improved highway driving capabilities. To achieve these goals, we installed 205/30 Full Force diesel injectors, a Stage 1 KC turbocharger, bellowed up pipes, intercooler pipes, and an S&B air intake system. Additionally, we performed custom tuning with six levels of adjustment. Other maintenance tasks included replacing glow plugs and the under-valve cover harness. To enhance highway driving, we replaced the factory 4.88 gears with 4.11 gears from Yukon Axle, and rebuilt the rear axle, including new hub seals, brakes, bearings throughout, This comprehensive upgrade ensures the truck is now capable of efficient highway cruising and heavy hauling.
