The work includes:
• Complete steering system replacement
• S&B cab bushings
• New shocks
• All 8 Motorcraft fuel injectors
• Complete full service

🔧 LBZ Duramax Back to Work! 🔧

This LBZ Duramax came into the shop with a complaint of lack of power and poor fuel mileage following a check engine light with a “Turbo Vane Position Not Learned” fault code (P003A).

After diagnosing the truck, we found the unison ring was sticking, preventing the turbocharger vanes from operating properly.

To correct the issue, we thoroughly cleaned and serviced the turbocharger and upgraded it with a billet unison ring for improved durability and reliability.

Another Duramax diagnosed, repaired, and ready to get back on the road! 💪🔧

7.3 Powerstroke is receiving a level 2 twisted diesel transmission installation, along with an upgrade to a 6.0 transmission cooler and 1/2 CNC fabrication transmission cooler lines to ensure optimal cooling performance.

The 2019 6.7 Powerstroke came equipped with a DCR conversion kit and an MPP piping kit, along with no limit fabrication coolant hoses to streamline the engine bay. A potential turbo upgrade is under consideration. 🤞
