An issue we faced today with a booking that we would like to make clear. Our slingshot is helmet free!  However if you would like to use a helmet while in possession of the sling shot that is up to you, you may see slingshots in the area without a roll cage and canopy with the person not wearing a helmet and that is not legal in the state of Virginia. In fact, there is a company operating nearby that offers slingshot rentals without a cage and canopy and are not providing their guest with helmets. This is not legal at all! Our vehicles meet all requirements state and local for you and our protection.
