Cutz and Such Na C&S Property Preservation has over 15 years combined experience. When first starting we had a lawn mower, a truck and a trailer.

Knowing that the sky was the limit and there was only room to get bigger, thats exactly what happened. C&S Property Preservation now services the entire State of North Carolina in property preservations. We focus on the clients to make sure time frames and needs are met to insure complete satisfaction. C&S Property Preservation understands that a quick turn around time is an absolute must.

While the Covid 19 pandemic has caused and continue to cause many losses and uncertainty, we have had to make some heartbreaking decisions on our future. We have decided that we are officially closing C and S Property permanently.
The economic recovery will be long and hard for everyone however for us it is just not something we can see changing in the future.
I want to thank everyone for their support and their love throughout the years. Our clients have always been the best part of our company.

Help wanted.
Drivers license an absolute must. Also 5 days a week rain or shine. Hours are long there is no guarantee when we get back in the evenings. Some days 3 some 9. Duties include cutting grass, removing debris, lawn care, basic handyman. Pay is based on experience. Drivers are paid full ride time.

This is for someone who needs a job and has a reason to work.
We meet Monday thru Friday in mebane at our shop. We have company trucks that you drive to and from each job.

Today we start a new venture. We have a great crew that is leading the way to becoming the best of the best in NC. Our schedule is booked for the rest of the month. I can not express how proud I am of the guys that are onboard with us. They have a desire to learn and go. We are beyond excited to have new customers and of course we still love our existing ones. From roofing, sheet rock, painting, flooring and so much more we have you covered. We are insured and are always looking to add to our customer base. Let us know if we can be of help.
