TNT Fabrication Specializing in 8.8" rear-end builds for third and fourth generation f-bodies. The 3rd gen axle tubes are 1.5" narrower per side, be aware.

I specialize in building 8.8 Ford rear-ends as a direct bolt in for your third and fourth gen f-body.Labor costs- $650 if the donor housings are cut as stated below, $700 if the donor housings are complete.Housings will come bare. What is required:- 8.8" Ford rear-end from a Pre 02 Explorer, some 90s-00s F-150s, or even 90s full size Broncos, there is a pic of the correct housing needed on the pag

e photos. You will also need the drive shaft adapter fl**ge from the donor vehicle that will be on the end of its driveshaft. All I need to build the housing is the bare center section with of 3" to 3-1/2" of axle tube still attached to each side, so measure from the cast part of the center section out on the tube 3-3-1/2" and cut off there. I will also need the bearing caps in place, and the rear cover for powder coating. So as long as you have a chop saw or other method of cutting those tubes, labor and shipping will be cheaper than sending the donor rear ends whole. You can ship the 8.8 center section in a UPS box (package it well). - Donor 10 bolt from a third or fourth gen. Again if you have a chop saw or method of cutting the tubes off, labor drops to $650 and shipping is cheap. I will need the entire length of the 10 bolt axle tubes, so cut them off flush with the housing and send those in another box. - 1/2 labor is required up front, the balance and freight cost when completed. - I will provide a part number for custom 31 spline axles that run $270 + shipping. To keep 4 channel traction control, add $80 to that price to have the axles machined for reluctor rings and new reluctors installed.- I can ship to anywhere in the United States, the previous rear-ends have cost any where from $150-$250 to give you an idea on the freight cost as long as yo.u have a commercial address to ship to. Plan on spending more to ship to a residential address. -I do not provide the axles, new gears, bearings, or set them up. -The hybrid rear will be able to use factory wheels, brakes, suspension, and you can also use the factory drive shaft in most cases with a precision -355 u-joint. -To date I have built over 200 of these rear-ends without issue, with more lined up. Several of these in the 9 second ET range reliably.Message me if you have any further questions, thanks!
