Ok guys, serious question for everyone. Things are always moving faster then we realize and expect them to. In today’s world, it seems businesses are moving more toward AI and less toward the “old school” way.

We have been operating more on the old way, a handshake, deal and old fashion mentality. You do what you say to the best of your abilities. Things you can’t control pops up, not talking about that.

You show up, you do the work and on the next job. It’s a very simple model.

So I think the main question is, should things be simplified with more technology or should things stay the same way, you call, speak to a person and work with someone from the company, OR you go online and book a job and never really talk to anyone and it’s just handled.

We are always wanting to provide the best service for your property needs and we are growing and expanding and want to stay true to our original mission, just provide amazing service.

We want to get YOUR opinion! We don’t wanna get left behind in the business world, but we also don’t wanna leave our customers behind having them just book and it’s handled, No human interaction.

It’s always good to try to spread a little positivity!

If your a struggling business owner or a family barley getting by or a single mom doing the best they can to keep up in today’s world, don’t give up!

Recently that’s been the phrase on our mind. We have been blessed with meeting great people and being allowed to share peoples homes for a short period helping them reclaim their space, independence and happiness.

People hear “junk removal” and laugh or joke and gloss over what we do. YES, for every legitimate business you have 5 that’s not.

This is a business that is “for profit”, BUT, we also do people right. Being honest and fair will get you farther than undercutting or overcharging.

Anyways, back to the point!

DON’T GIVE UP! Anytime you feel like quitting or you feel down and defeated, don’t give up.

This has been our motto for a while now. When we loose a job or someone cancels and we have a slow week, doubt has a crazy way of creeping up.

We always have to remember, DON’T GIVE UP!

Never let doubt or the negative people get you down.

One quote we always stood by was, “ do it tired, do it scared, do it broke, do it alone”. No matter the odds, do it!

Don’t give up and do it!

We hope this may help someone or possibly just put a little smile on your face!

We always want to be real and want to always help people and want to make sure we stay humble and greatful for the T & Z family we have built.
