Final Finish Technician

Job Description:
* Buffer/Detailer
* Wash vehicles for repairs
* Apply proper cut and buff techniques to achieve a high-quality finish
* Use machine orbital buffers taking proper precautions to mitigate burn-through
* De-nib and buff out all dirt/micro dust in painted panels
* Re-inspect surface areas to ensure all quality standards are met
* Detail vehicles for delivery
* Assist in custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:
* Experience preferred, but willing to train
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* Must be able to work on your feet
* Must be able to hold and use a buffer or sander for long periods of time
* Must have a good eye for detail
* Must be able to work at production shop pace and demonstrate concern for quality

We work 4 - 10 hour days Monday-Thursday 6am-5pm
