My name is Shawn Quindel and I am a salesmen here at Buss Ford. I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I will be your contact for all your vehicle needs or services. So a little about myself. I started in the car sales way back in 2002. I decided to use my love for working with and helping others. I enrolled and went to Sales classes to learn how to be the best I could be in sales. I think my very favorite thing about being in car sales are the people I get to meet and interact with everyday. I meet people from every walk of life. I really enjoy getting to know everyone and doing everything I can to make buying a vehicle actually a fun ,hassle free experience.

I began my career in sales with Biggers Mazda of Elgin where I spent 10 amazing years building many relationships with people from all over the country. I took a break from car sales that following year to jump in and help my family with the family concrete business. I enjoyed working with all the customers helping design and build their concrete creations. This was a very physical job working in all kinds of weather and solving new project issues. I eventually received a call from a long time friend in the automotive business offering me an opportunity to come work at a brand new Volkswagon Dealership from day 1 and help build it from the very beginning. I began work therein 2015 and stayed until 2023. While there I sold many Volkswagons up to the highest end Audis. Here I helped with with Finance along with sales which lead to me becoming the Floor Room Manager.

One day I met a man named Drue Buss. After talking he explained he owned a family Ford/ Lincoln Dealership located in McHenry Illinois. In those talks he offered me a chance to come work for Buss Ford and see what I thought knowing I would absolutely love it. I decided to take that chance with much thanks to Volkswagon and headed over to Buss Ford here in 2023. I can say I have never been as impressed with any other dealership in my life. Their commitment to excellence and going beyond the norm showed me they had the exact same love of the customer as I did.They make sure every customer is satisfied and happy.
