Had a little bit of fun with a friend at Poor Boys Performance Automotive in Gulfport. Just goes to show that even competing companies can work together to gets things done for a positive customer service experience. I'm sure it helps that we have worked together before too.

At least I'm finally getting that drain bolt clean. Why is that one drop of oil not going away? Oh wait.. yup... I forgot the drain plug gasket.

When you arrive to install an alternator for a client and someone has stolen their battery and cut the terminals off. So much for the after repair testing.

After a bit of thought, I have decided that expanded business hours would be beneficial to those who work late shifts or who have vehicle issues outside of the regular business hours of other service providers.
