A Little Appreciation Goes A Long Way ❤️
Today was a special day at JTC.
Every month, Jim Turner treats our JTC work family to a catered luncheon, and today’s lunch from Jorge’s was another great one. We also had our monthly gift card drawing, but today came with an unexpected surprise.
Jim, along with his wife, their daughters, and two grandsons, wanted to do something a little extra for the people who make JTC what it is. With the rising cost of groceries, gas, and everyday living, the Turner family recognized that many families are feeling the strain, and they wanted to help.
Today, every member of our JTC team received an appreciation check from the Turner family.
The smiles, handshakes, hugs, and genuine excitement said it all.
This is what it means to be more than a workplace. It means being a work family. The Turner family truly values the people who come through our doors every day and understands that taking care of our team matters.
We are incredibly grateful for the thoughtfulness and generosity shown today.
