I have had more calls and text and I can count from people asking if this event was gonna be a car show as well, this one was never intended to include a car show however because of so many questions I’m gonna see what we can get, worked out and fit in to accommodate those. I’ll work out some details and post them in the next couple days in the meantime, if you’re gonna be a vendor for the three day event, you can pay in person the day the event starts which is Friday, October 2nd when you get there, however, the spaces that have power are first come first serve so if you need power, I strongly suggest you go ahead and secure a spot, their are ways to pay on the flyer or give me a call at the number that posted on the flyer. We’re getting good feedback so I’m really hoping this turns out to be something big for the community. Thank you to those who have already reserved and thank you for all the positive feedback from everyone.

We’ll be out at Cruise Ins and Shows passing out Flyers starting tonight. This is something I’d really like to bring to the area and watch it grow we have small local Swap Meets from time to time but I have a different vision for ours. We’re already getting calls from Tennessee, Georgia and others as I was hoping. Help us get this out there and make this a destination for as many Vendors as we can. It’ll be a great weekend

Finally everything in the shop is ready for color. Got the dash and steering column painted and back in Joes 57, all the bodywork is finally complete on Mikey’s Mustang, Rick’s 69 Camaro is flawless and ready for striping and color and the 67 Elcamino turned out great. The guys have done a great jobs on these cars and the crazy thing is that we’re not a paint and body shop we’re set up to do everything but that. I turn out very nice paint jobs using the booth we have but since we’re looking to relocate soon I put the new paint shop building on hold. I’d love to find a paint and Body crew I could just send the cars to once they are ready for that but I just haven’t been able to. My guys are very good at every aspect of Hotrod and Muscle Car building and when we get the new shop up and running I plan to hire an in house paint crew but for now I suppose I’ll just keep layin it down myself. lol

So there have been a lot of people asking us if we ever plan to do another Swap Meet at the shop, well here it is Godfather Streetrodz 3rd Annual Swap Meet and Car Corral. This will be a 3 DAY EVENT For this event and moving forward we have rented Tannehill State Park. More specific details and information will be put out over the next few days as far as fees and space rental as well as the official flier but the dates will October 2nd, 3rd and 4th, It will be a great time for all.
