A refrigerated trailer breakdown is a clock you can't pause.

This one called in with a Carrier unit that quit pulling temp. Inside: a full load of produce headed to a San Antonio distribution center. Outside: 103Β° at 4 PM.
He had maybe 2 hours before the load started turning. That's not "I'll get there when I can" territory β€” that's drop everything and roll.

We made it in 35 minutes, diagnosed the refrigerant leak, sealed the line, recharged the system, and had the box pulling cold again before the load was compromised.
