As the Iola Car Show and their mission has evolved over the years, show organizers keep looking for ways to give back to their community.

We were thrilled when Iola reached out to see if we wanted to be a Founding Member of this terrific cause, and love that Iola is using proceeds to help local communities in need.

We recently helped a great customer of ours sell their 2018 Entegra Cornerstone motorcoach. Truly a luxury home on wheels, with zoned HVAC, tile flooring, residential equipped kitchen, and two full baths. This low mileage coach is now making its way to Florida. Congratulations to all!

My favorite shop tool turned 80,000 miles today, and got some lovin'!

Oil changed and greased. Other maintenance was due, too, so front and rear diff oil was replaced, transfer case fluid changed, and trans pan dropped to replace filter and fluid. Tires will get rotated tomorrow, I'm pooped, lol.

Anyone else still doing their own vehicle maintenance?

One of my favorite purchases in quite some time!

Thumb Fun amusement park, located just north of Fish Creek, WI in Door County, was open from 1961-1998. Spending an afternoon at Thumb Fun was a highlight of each summer for me up in Door County.

From bumper boats, bumper cars, go-karts, and their famed haunted house, Thumb Fun never disappointed. Family members tell me they had mini-bikes in the early years, too. Four of their rides are now at Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay.

Larger memorabilia from the park almost never comes up for sale, so I didn't hesitate when this bumper boats rules sign became available.

Below are some photos of Thumb Fun, including the rules sign in the background of the bumper boats, and a photo of me and my cousin, Tim Grover , on the Scrambler.

Longtime friend and fellow picker, John Tanem , was able to pick this up for me (thank you!) on his way back from Sturgeon Bay, and I'll be sure to post some photos when I get it hung up!

We've been looking to add a few vehicles to our inventory, but the stars haven't been aligning these last couple weeks. In the meantime, sales continue to be strong, and keeping us quite busy.

We recently found a new home in Louisiana for a customer's stacker trailer. This was a gorgeous, high quality ATC car hauler; talk about towing in style!

Long before Buy Gone, I was the caretaker for this 45,000 mile '72 big block Cheyenne Super for several years. The air conditioning blew at 35 degrees in this pickup! Damn, this was a great driving truck.

It now resides with Chicago Movie Cars, where it has appeared in episodes of Chicago Fire, Shameless, multiple movies, and many commercials. It looks like she headed out for another shoot this past weekend!

After 5 years of fun in the show room, we found a new caretaker for our Godzilla pinball late last week. I already have a couple ideas for the space... 😊
