We've been looking to add a few vehicles to our inventory, but the stars haven't been aligning these last couple weeks. In the meantime, sales continue to be strong, and keeping us quite busy.

We recently found a new home in Louisiana for a customer's stacker trailer. This was a gorgeous, high quality ATC car hauler; talk about towing in style!

Long before Buy Gone, I was the caretaker for this 45,000 mile '72 big block Cheyenne Super for several years. The air conditioning blew at 35 degrees in this pickup! Damn, this was a great driving truck.

It now resides with Chicago Movie Cars, where it has appeared in episodes of Chicago Fire, Shameless, multiple movies, and many commercials. It looks like she headed out for another shoot this past weekend!

This morning, our 1994 Ford F150 began its journey to its new home in Nevada. The new caretakers are wonderful folks, and we're thrilled to hear they're going to put some miles on this one.

Any of our followers looking to add one or two of the most highly rated pinball machines made?

We're looking to make room and part with our Stern Jaws Premium and/or Stern Godzilla Pro.
Both were purchased new by Buy Gone, and are like new in every way. They're absolutely mint.

Godzilla has only 565 plays, and Jaws has just 130 or so. Even with the ultra low plays, both games get detailed regularly.

$8,999 for Jaws, and 6,199 for Godzilla. Each game has about $750 in ad-ons installed as well...shaker motor, Invisiglass, art blades, and expression speaker lights.

Understandably, they're currently ranked #1 and #3 in the Pinside Top 100 games; they're both a BLAST to play. Give us a call if interested!

My cousin, Tim Grover , stopped out to the shop Friday, and we paint corrected & ceramic coated a beautiful 2002 Corvette he recently purchased. Tim had the car well-prepped, so we could dive right into wiping the car down and machine compounding when he arrived.

Although well cared for, the paint on this car is still 24 years old and had marks, swirls, and haze. Black GM paint almost always requires 3-stage correction (compounding, polishing, jeweling) to get the paint looking its best again. Although a very time consuming process, I'm thrilled with the results.

By about 5:00 Saturday, we wrapped up installing 2 coats of CarPro's D-Quartz Go ceramic coating, with incredibly impressive results. This C5's paint should be well protected for years to come!

We both worked really hard to complete the car in a finite timeframe, but the effort was definitely worth it. I'll leave some before and after photos below.

Busy day at the shop yesterday, and bittersweet as well. Our '71 Chevy C20 Cheyenne made its way to a new caretaker in southern Georgia. It'll be sitting right next to a sub-5,000 mile Hugger Orange Nova survivor, and may even serve car show tow-duty from time to time. Incredibly cool!

I was proud to be able to cruise for a season in this original paint, big block pickup, showing just 71,000 original miles. It'll be well cared for in its new home.

Our original paint '78 Ford F150 Explorer with just 24,000 miles is on its way to Virginia! Don't worry, the original wheels and tires are shrink-wrapped and in the bed. 😊

There was so much interest in this truck, and we're glad we stuck to our price on this one. It's worth every penny of its sale price. Have a terrific evening, gang!

This Z/28 is a perfect example of how risky this hobby can be. Thank goodness this one was only an hour away, and I could lay eyes on it prior to purchasing. Other buyers may not be as fortunate.

During my phone conversation with the seller, he SWORE this was a 100% original paint car. Within 30 seconds of arriving, I was pointing out subtleties showing the Camaro had been painted at some point.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with repainting a car, but if you're advertising it as an original paint survivor, folks are going to upset when it's not.

There were a number of other issues with this Z that made it easy to take a pass on, but always do your homework, gang. If you have to buy sight unseen without adequate photos and video footage, a 3rd party inspection is always a great idea.

For the first time in nearly 30 years, I am without a jukebox. The Wurlitzer 1900 purchased last summer for Jeff's collection is heading to The Netherlands. A couple other boxes from my collection were sold over the winter as well. Let's find some more...
