I did not have cleaning a BIG ‘OL Montana on my Bingo card for this month, but lo and behold, Logan and I washed and ceramic coated this bad boy today!

My intent was to accompany Logan for morale support and sit in the shade, but I could not help myself, and joined in on the fun. He did at least 75% of the work, but it felt good to hold a brush and have wet shoes again. No roofs yet to be safe. 🪜

I’m getting better ❤️‍🩹 quickly and think I’ll be able to ditch the cane 🦯 in the next week or two.

Who needs their RV washed and ceramic coated but NOT the roof???

We got you covered!

All the same steps as usual except having the roof cleaned. Our roof guy is still on the mend. ❤️‍🩹

Logan is doing a 41’ fifth wheel today, and we gave a nice discount for skipping the roof.

Get it while the getting is good! 😊
Please message me to get on the calendar. 📅

Hey 👋 everybody!!

It’s time to start this little business back up! I’m at least a month out from being physically able to work, but Logan is chomping at the bit to get back to work and he is ready to serve! 🙂

We are starting with vehicles. Does your car 🚗 or truck 🛻 need a good hand wash and high quality ceramic coating? We got you covered.
Many of our clients only have us wash and coat their cars once a year, because it is so easy for them to rinse it off and maintain it themselves once the ceramic is applied.

We are charging $100 per vehicle, including the ceramic coating. Exterior only. It’s a really good deal for a hundred bucks. Quality work and quality ceramic.

If interested, please comment or shoot me a message, and we will get you on the schedule.

Thanks for your continued support!
I’m ‘walking’ further every day, and feeling stronger too. Big doctor appointment Monday for new X-rays to see how my bones are healing. ❤️‍🩹
Hoping for and expecting good news.

Healing ❤️‍🩹 continues, and I’m thrilled to let you know that we are continuing the healing from home, in Mayo FL!!!!
We drove home yesterday and I’m able to get up and down the stairs of our bus 🚎 pretty well. It feels incredible to be home!!

The long, paved bike 🚲 path close to our land is what sold my therapist on us heading home. She really liked the idea of long walks on a good flat surface.

If you see a long haired hippy looking guy on a walker making his way down the bike path close to Suwannee River Rendevous- that’s me!!

One step at a time. We are going to relax and take walks and do my exercises for a month, and then we will look up go from there.

Thanks for all the love 💕 and prayers and good vibes and Care Bear stares. It’s all working and felt and greatly appreciated.

4 weeks post fall.
I feel like I turned a corner today. Bigger improvement than usual. Set a new distance record walking with the physical therapist: 4 houses down the road and back! 😝
Slowly but surely. 💪

Are y’all’s RVs getting dirty yet??!! 😆

Hey 👋 everybody!
It’s coming up on a month since my fall, and I’m still over here in Jacksonville trying to heal up. I’m getting a little bit better every day, am doing everything the physical therapist tells me to do, and a little bit extra. I am really looking forward to coming home as soon as I am able! I’m very lucky to have three people looking after me (Mom, Mary, and Logan). They are all Saints.

It is looking like it will still be a while before I can even look at a ladder 🪜, and we are thinking about reopening the business in a couple / few weeks with only Mary and Logan doing cars and trucks. I’m the roof and ladder guy, and I’m hoping we can keep it that way. I don’t want Mary or Logan being on ladders, so the RV business is going to be on a holding pattern for a while.

If we put a plan together in the short term to start ceramic coating vehicles, I’ll let you all know.

Thanks to everybody who is reaching out for updates and sending prayers. I appreciate you all and hope to serve you again in the not too distant future.

Y’all stay safe from all the wildfires. I’m praying for rain. 🌧️ ❤️

Two weeks post fall and the physical therapist came to visit for the first time.
I walked around for her with my walker and practiced some basic life functions around the house and learned some new exercises. She gave me some tips for the best way to get into bed, which is currently the most painful thing I do besides coughing and sneezing. Both are absolutely brutal so I try not to do either.

She was very surprised to hear that I stopped taking pain pills a few days ago and am not even taking Tylenol. I was scared of taking pain pills long term, so I just stopped taking ‘em. She said that with these injuries, a lot of her clients still can’t stand up after two weeks, because it hurts too bad, with pain pills.
I always thought that I had a low pain tolerance, but apparently it pretty darn high according to the therapist.

Had a doc appt yesterday and got new X-rays. New bone is already forming and starting to slowly fill in the breaks. Also well ahead of schedule!

Set up four weeks of therapy here in Jacksonville, and then I’ll see the doc again after that. I’m hoping at that point they tell me to go home and get my butt back to work. 🤞

I started studying Spanish to be productive with all this time. Señora Herbert, my high school Spanish teacher, would surely be proud lol. Kinda wish I paid better attention back then. 😝

Thank you all for all the prayers and good vibes and messages and love! I’ll be back before you know it. ❤️ 💪

“Walked” outside and half way to the next door neighbor’s house. Huge progress! Logan, Mary, my big bro Mike, and Mom are all here helping me.

Sending a very special “THANK YOU” to my RV client from Live Oak, Debbie, who upgraded my walker from the hospital special to this mean machine. When I get better, our first job will be to return your walker, Debbie, and then wash and ceramic coat your RV, on the house!!! I can’t wait to make it shine!!!!! I really can’t wait. We all appreciate you - this will help me get better ❤️‍🩹 faster and safer.

Thanks to everybody reaching out and checking in. It means more than you know. I’ll be back.
