One year ago, Garrett Guymon joined our Jackson sales team. He already had his sleeves rolled up and was ready to work.

From day one, he brought a drive to grow and a commitment to give his best to whatever is in front of him. He still loves to serve, contribute, and most of all, win alongside his team.

It’s truly impressive to look back at everything Garrett has accomplished in just one year with PMP. His talent is matched by his dedication to his customers and the team around him, and he has quickly become the kind of person you know you can count on. His consistent effort and hunger to grow have made an incredible impact, and we have no doubt he is just getting started.

For 16 years, Scott Morgan has been a steady pillar of leadership in our Service Center and an important part of PMP's growth. His experience and vision have helped shape the department from the ground up.

"Scott, for 16 years, you've made a massive footprint on PMP," Nashville Manager Nathan Higdon says to him. "You have led our Service Center from day one, and its growth and your vision have walked hand in hand with the growth of this company. You have been absolutely rock solid, incredibly skilled at your craft, and have poured both into your team. And our customers have been served with absolute excellence under your watch."

Six years ago, Raegan Green joined our operations team and began carving out a role that is uniquely her own. Since then, she has become an enthusiastic champion for the people who make up PMP. Whether she’s planning a celebration, jumping in to solve a problem, or simply bringing her energy into the room, Raegan has a spirit that makes every gathering better.

"You have an incredible ability to make people feel seen, valued, appreciated, and celebrated," Jake Hope says to her. "You genuinely love your people, and it shows in everything you do. Whether you’re encouraging someone, celebrating a win, or simply bringing your positivity into the room, you have a way of making people better just by being around them. Eleven years ago, Skylar Bouland joined our service team and became one of the people PMP can count on when things get busy. Day after day, he steps into a full schedule and finds a way to keep moving forward. His problem-solving ability and commitment to doing things the right way have made a lasting impact.

Much of what Skylar does happens behind the scenes, but his work is felt throughout our company. He goes out of his way to help our sales team and customers, finding solutions and making sure everyone is taken care of. He truly is one of the unsung heroes of the day-to-day work that keeps PMP moving.

Eight years ago, PMP gained a remarkable teammate in Jana Keller. From day one, Jana has owned her space as an essential part of our operations team, taking pride in the work that happens behind the scenes. She has a way of finding any answer, creating order out of chaos, and making even the biggest responsibilities look effortless.

Operations Manager Kayla Turner says: "I will gladly celebrate 8 years of Jana showing up, rolling up her sleeves, and getting to work. She does so much behind the scenes to make sure our customers are taken care of. She organizes, has the prettiest folders, and runs a system—a system she created. Thank you for owning your space, getting things done, and making PMP better, Jana. We are all grateful."
