Pioneer Collision Center's office will be CLOSED all week July 27-31 and possibly next week. We are taking this time to finish repairs on vehicles that have been here well beyond their estimated completion date. We appreciate those people that have cars here that have been patient with us as we have gone through several personal family issues and loss of employees over the last few months. If you have a new claim, call 276-637-1040, leave a detailed message, and we will get back with you as soon as we can. If you have a current claim and the vehicle is here, we will notify you immediately after repairs have been completed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we try to get our very busy schedule back on track.

We will be accepting deliveries all week.

Pioneer Collision Center will be closed today, Friday, June 26 due to the arrangements of Kenneth’s wife’s grandmother. We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for your patience and understanding over the last few months as we have needed to take care of her.

We will be on a regular schedule next week.

Pioneer Collision will be closed today Monday 6/22/26. We have experienced a death in the family. We will reopen tomorrow. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
