We’re looking to add a qualified, reliable automotive mechanic/technician to our GO Team. Is it you or someone you know?
2+ years experience working as a mechanic/technician, with a focus on 4x4 vehicles is preferred!
The GO mechanic/technician will be responsible for the following:
•Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on 4x4 vehicles (SUVs, trucks, and custom builds)
•Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire mounting + rotation/balance
•Install aftermarket components, including lift kits, suspensions, winches, bumpers, lighting, wiring, recovery equipment, and overlanding accessories.
•Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and ensure vehicles are safe
•Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and modifications are completed successfully
•Follow safety protocols and regulations during all work processes
The potential GO Team Member would be the best fit if they possess the following:
•Strong knowledge of 4x4 systems, including suspension, drivetrain, and differential components
•Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
•Ability to perform modifications and install aftermarket parts
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•Reliable transportation
•A passion for offroading and enthusiasm for 4x4 vehicles
Bonus if the potential GO Team Member has:
•ASE Certification or equivalent
•Welding and fabrication experience
•Knowledge of custom 4x4 builds and performance upgrades
