📣We saw this firsthand with a customer just last week.

If your vehicle has been declared a total loss, be cautious about signing over your title before you've agreed to a settlement amount. Some insurance companies may ask for the title before the payout has been fully negotiated.

We currently have a vehicle in our shop where the insurance company made an offer that was significantly lower than what the vehicle was actually worth. The customer chose to hire an independent third-party appraiser to determine the true market value of the vehicle.

Remember: the insurance company's first offer is not always the final offer. You have the right to question their valuation and seek an independent appraisal if you believe your vehicle is worth more.

Know your rights, do your research, and don't be afraid to advocate for yourself. We're here to help guide our customers through the process every step of the way.
