Automotive Technician needed!

We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable automotive technician. In this role, you will inspect and repair vehicles and make recommendations for automotive repairs and maintenance. You will also answer customer questions, inform customers about shop products and services, and adhere to vehicle safety protocols.

Automotive Technician Duties and Responsibilities

* Safety check vehicles
* Perform routine automotive maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations, brake and suspension etc
* Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle malfunctions
* Work with parts suppliers to order inventory, parts for repairs.
* Inform customers about products and services
* Test vehicle parts prior to installation/repair
* Keep accurate records of completed vehicles and parts invoices.
* Consistently meet deadlines for completed work
* Arrive on time
* Sick days and personal days off will be dealt with on a by situation basis.
* 5 day work week, 8am-5pm. Absolutely no Saturday or Sunday scheduled work.

Automotive Technician Requirements and Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required
* Vocational or postsecondary program completion preferred
* ASE Certification preferred, but not required
* At least 3 years of previous experience in a related role
* Extensive experience with various hand tools preferred
*Valid drives license

Pay scale

*Starting salary competitively negotiable, based on experience and certifications.
*Health insurance,401k upon request

Shop Tools

* All major tools are maintained and provided by the shop owner.
*Basic hand tools are required for employment.

Celebrating 1yr at our new location @ 7683 Cincinnati Dayton rd 45069. 2.6 miles from our previous mason location.

Starting February 1st our premium disc brake bundle prices are getting more competitive. Lifetime warranty on all brake pads and 2yr warranty on rotors. With labor, brake pads and 2 rotors the total savings is in the 40-50$ less than prior. Don’t be fooled by big chain 99$ brake repairs, up front and honest about price is our top priority.


Almost ALL of our repairs are becoming lifetime warranty on parts. Every job is different so the lifetime warranty is sometimes covered as a customer satisfaction replacement. The parts and labor warranty of all jobs is explained in detail at the time of estimate after inspection.


Our goal as a small independent repair shop is to be the best! This parts warranty step up is a huge incentive to price around for quality and value of any and all repairs.
