Job Description:
As the Towing Company Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. You will lead a team of tow truck operators and administrative staff, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and supervise daily towing operations, ensuring timely and safe service delivery.
•Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
•Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
•Oversee fleet maintenance and coordinate scheduling.
•Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
•Assist with financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting and cost control.
•Monitor and improve operational efficiency and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the auto industry or related field.
•Strong knowledge of the towing industry, vehicle maintenance, and related regulations.
•Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
•Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
•Ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
