If you think your vehicle is totaled, have it towed to the shop we will pay the wrecker bill (if you have full coverage) We will write the estimate and get you the full value of your vehicle. If you let them come pick it up and do the appraisal, You have no rights to the vehicle anymore and you have to settle for whatever they’re giving you. We always get people extra money when the Vehicle is at our shop.

If you have damage to any of your vehicles because of the storm, go ahead and make the claim do a photo estimate with your insurance company and we can do a supplement for anything that they missed from the pictures, just let them know that Obrien’s body shop will be doing the work.

Public notice *** Insurance companies are now telling customers they will be charged more money to go to their choice of body shops. NOT TRUE!! We work with all insurance companies and have never charged a customer extra money. It’s customers choice!!!!
