Powder chosen not only for their colors, but for their durability to resist the facilities cleaning procedures and consistent momentary exposure to the UV light used in these lines.

Two set of shorty SBC headers, one for an LS, the other a classic 327. Both prepped, blasted and given a base high temp silicone ceramic primer, then topped with HT color coats, one set Jet Black, one Stainless Steel. All coatings from KBS Coatings USA XTC line of High Temperature offerings.

Small Garrett Turbo for a ‘24 HD Street Glide done up with kbscoatings XTC Jet Black over their High Temp Primer. This coating is rated to up to 1800° F and also provides rust and corrosion protection.

It’s been a Vintage Porch Chair week. First off are three Troy Sunshade springer chairs, single family owned since new sometime in the late 40’s done up in Columbia Coatings, LLC Zinc Yellow and Cream. The second set is from my personal collection, a pair of Calumet (Junior Toy Co) classic shell back chairs, again from the late 40’s/early 50’s. These were treated to Columbia’s Rosy Ruckus w/Cream frames.

This patio set job was six months in the making. Initially the customer contacted us to check swatches so they could chose a color for the Pergola they were having built and powder coated by the fabricator. After the Pergola was installed, they then decided that they’d like to have their outdoor furniture coated to match, so they call us to get the job done.
It’s not often that we get a chance to snap photos of our work outside of the shop setting, but since we delivered this set and were picking up a second set to be coated, we took the time to grab some pics.
