I miss you Brother

One year ago today, I lost my brother, Brandon.

It’s hard to believe an entire year has passed. Life keeps moving, days turn into months, and somehow a year goes by—but there are some things that time doesn’t make you forget.

I still think about the memories, the conversations, the laughs, and all the things I wish we could have had more time for. There are moments when it still doesn’t feel real that you’re gone.

Losing you changed something in me. This past year has taught me just how quickly life can change and how important it is to appreciate the people we love while we still have them here.

Today isn’t about how you left this world. It’s about remembering that you were here. You were my brother, you were loved, and you are still missed more than words can really explain.

I hope wherever you are, you know we haven’t forgotten you.

One year without you, Brandon. Rest easy, brother. Until we meet again.

BI-TURBO FLEX FUEL 🧪🔥

Getting these AMG Bi-Turbo cars to accept full ethanol has been a challenge.

The limitations of the factory systems have forced us to think outside the box, test, log, change things, and test again. The goal was to achieve a higher ethanol concentration than we’ve been able to successfully run before—while keeping the car happy and performing the way it should.

Seeing it finally come together LIVE on the dyno was an awesome moment.

None of this happens alone. Having some of the greatest minds in the AMG community involved in figuring this out and watching all of that work translate into results on the dyno made the accomplishment that much better.

This GT has been one hell of a development platform. Every time we find another limitation, we learn how to push the M178 platform a little further.

More ethanol. More boost. More data. More progress.

🔥 G500 → G55 SWAP UPDATE 🔥

Cooling upgrades are getting SERIOUS on this build.

After testing the blower-swap setup on my personal G500, we learned pretty quickly that with the Whipple and top-mount intercoolers, we needed to take charge-air cooling another step further.

The options were either go Killer Chiller or get much more aggressive with heat-exchanger capacity.

We chose MORE HEAT EXCHANGER. 💪

Our solution: twin G63 side-mount heat exchangers.

The combined cooling capacity should be a perfect match for what we're trying to accomplish, and even better, the new G63-style front bumper has plenty of room to package both heat exchangers cleanly on each side.

So now we're taking advantage of that space and building a much higher-capacity intercooler cooling system around the Whipple + top-mount intercooler setup.

This is also why we test these combinations on our own vehicles first. We find the weak points, make changes, and then apply what we learn to the next build.

The goal isn't just to make this G500 into a G55.

The goal is to make the entire combination work like it should. ❄️🔥

🔧 SL55 UNDER THE KNIFE 🔧

Making serious progress on the SL55 AMG and the VRP Gen 5 Whipple setup is coming together. 💪

✅ New alternator installed
✅ VRP top-mount intercoolers fitted
✅ Hood fitment tested — CLEARED & PASSED
✅ Brand-new ignition coils
✅ Brand-new plug wires
✅ Fresh plugs, specifically gapped to the tuner’s requested spec

Now we’re onto some custom fabrication.

We’re modifying the HD tensioner and VRP belt-wrap bracket into ONE strong, integrated bracket. This will allow us to eliminate the outer belt-wrap bracket, making future belt changes significantly easier while still maintaining the strength and belt control we need with the Gen 5 Whipple.

Little details like this are what turn a collection of performance parts into a properly sorted build.

Next step: keep putting this monster back together. 🔥

We Brought a 1994 Dodge Viper Back From the Dead!

This 1994 Dodge Viper has been sitting, but it’s finally time to bring this old-school V10 monster back to life.

In this video, we dig into the Viper, figure out what it needs, and start getting it back into fighting shape. The big job includes pulling it apart for head gaskets, upgrading to MLS gaskets and ARP hardware, and tackling everything else we find along the way.

We’re also working on fitting Gen 3 Viper headers to the Gen 1, getting the car running right, and preparing it for the next stage.

There’s just something special about the early Vipers — raw V10 power, basically no driver aids, and one of the wildest American sports cars ever built.
