Good morning everyone!

Just wanted to mention a few things to everyone in regards to the storm damage/hail claims. First, all estimates have been sent to vehicle owner and/or insurance company for those that provided that information to me. All of these were sent by Saturday from the estimates that were written last week.

Also, if your insurance company has written their own estimate and it is different than the one you received from us, it's ok! The insurance estimate is the estimate we will work off of and I will supplement anything needed when we do your repairs.

We have another week pretty full of estimate writing, but if you are still needing an estimate for your insurance company, please give us a call and get an appointment. We would be happy to take a look at your vehicle. If the insurance company has stated they will be sending an adjuster out or they will be writing an estimate based on photos you send them, that is completely fine, just wait for that to take place and then bring us a copy of that estimate or email it to me at: [email protected]

We would like to thank everyone for you support, kindness and patience the last week. Glass replacement scheduling will be taking place this week. I have a list of customers wanting to get that done first so their vehicles are drivable. If you aren't on my list and would like to be, please just call and I will get you added!

Well yesterday is in the books and was by far the busiest day we have had in 34 years, I just want to thank everyone who dropped by to get an estimate for your patience and kindness. We had 2 estimators going and did over 50 estimates. We are taking appointments, please call 417 859 7342 we are thanking the Good Lord that nobody was hurt, vehicles can be repaired or replaced. This girl worked endlessly all day so very very thankful for her. Mindy Day you are a blessing to us. Please share this for us, thank you.

Merry Christmas from everyone at Carlson's Auto Body, we wish you health, wealth and happiness for the coming year.
