One of the best things to happen in my teaching career took place a couple weeks ago. I had the honor of officiating the wedding of these 2019 graduates! They met as 14 year olds in Auto Tech and I watched them grow up into awesome adults. Thanks for including me in your big day, Buffy and Isaac!

These two took 3rd in the state at Fords ACE Competition today. It's worth noting that these are juniors and they took home tool boxes full of tools. Special thanks to Acton Ford for the Auto Tech one day boot camp with their Senior Master Tech Chris South for getting these kids up to speed with modern Ford systems.

Next week these two Juniors (Ava and Andrew. More about them next week!) are competing in the Ford ACE hands on competition. I couldn’t be prouder BTW. We needed a lesson on Ford’s scan tool and their web based service information system and the folks at Acton Ford had our back!
They gave us full access to Senior Master Technician Chris South who is a bona fide Jedi. The kids love their time with him and it was an overall awesome day. We can’t thank them enough!

We can’t express enough gratitude to the folks at Acton Ford and the Ford Motor Company for this amazing donation. Any new car is a great educational tool but something this beautiful is a dream come true.

This happened last week and I forgot to post it. Ms. Bishop here is an auto tech grad and was an all a round great kid. She’s a pretty amazing adult now. Time is funny like that!
