I didn't always sell cars. I was a car buyer. Just like you! And the one thing I HATED the most was getting the dang run-around by these scuzzy guys in the business.

Why was getting approved so nerve-wracking? Why did they have to go ask their manager 500 times about pricing? Why wasn't the payment in the range I told them I could afford?
