Chum Company has the best customers. We truly appreciate every one of you!!

We have one small favor to ask.

Most days, we're essentially a one-man show, so staying on schedule is incredibly important. If you have an appointment, please do your best to keep it. If something comes up, just give us a call as soon as you can.

We also ask that you come in for the work you're scheduled for. While we'd love to tackle those "one quick thing" requests, they often turn into a bigger jobs that can put us behind for the rest of the week and affects everyone else's appointments.

Thank you for understanding, supporting a small family business, and helping us keep things running smoothly.

Today, the Chum Company family said goodbye to our favorite shop greeter and the best pup anyone could ask for.

Milo wasn’t just a dog, he was part of the shop. He welcomed customers, supervised every project, made sure everyone got a smile, and reminded us to take a break for a few belly rubs. He loved being where his people were!!

Today, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. It wasn’t a decision we made lightly, but we couldn’t bear to see him hurting. Loving him meant giving him peace, even though it broke our hearts.

We’re grateful for every wagging tail, every ride to the shop, and every memory he gave us. The shop won’t feel quite the same without our greeter waiting at the door.

Run free, sweet Milo. Thank you for being the heart of Chum Company. You’ll always be our bestest boy. ❤️🐾🌈
