Thanks, The Marion Star - Swinford Media Group, for covering our young entrepreneurs at this year's fair! The group was small but mighty, and everyone just about sold out. We LOVE the support we get and hope these kids enjoyed the experience and were able to learn from it!

Some of Southern Illinois’ youngest business owners got a taste of entrepreneurship Sept. 26 as they opened their booths, greeted customers and put their ideas to the test during the fourth annual PMR Children’s Business Fair.

Feeling like you're visiting the gas station more often than you used to?

It might not be your imagination.

When your vehicle starts getting fewer miles per gallon, rising fuel prices aren't always the only thing to blame.

Sometimes, the problem is hiding under the hood—or even underneath your vehicle.

🚗 Worn spark plugs
🚗 Dirty air filters
🚗 Underperforming sensors
🚗 Brake components creating unnecessary drag
🚗 Improper tire pressure

These are just a few things that can quietly affect how efficiently your vehicle operates.

And because these issues often develop gradually, you might not notice the difference until you're filling up more frequently.

At PMR Automotive, we believe preventative maintenance is about more than avoiding breakdowns. It's about helping your vehicle perform the way it was designed to.

We've put together a blog covering some of the commonly overlooked factors that affect fuel economy, including a few you might not expect!

There are only 2 weeks left to make your brakes do double good.

Now through October 31, PMR Automotive is participating in the Brakes for Breasts promotion, and we're pairing it with an additional brake maintenance special.

🎀 GET OR GIVE UP TO $40!

With a qualifying Carquest brake pad service, you can receive up to a $40 TechNet Professional rebate.

Or, you can choose to donate your rebate to Brakes for Breasts and help support the fight against breast cancer. ❤️

🔧 PLUS, SAVE $25 ON A BRAKE FLUID FLUSH!

When you have your brake pads and rotors serviced at PMR Automotive, you can also receive $25 OFF a brake fluid flush service.

Your braking system is about more than pads and rotors. Brake fluid plays an important role in transferring the force from your brake pedal to the brakes themselves. Over time, brake fluid can absorb moisture, making proper fluid maintenance important to your braking system's long-term performance.

If you've noticed squeaking, grinding, vibrations, or changes in stopping performance, we'll inspect your braking system, explain what we find, and help you prioritize the services your vehicle needs.

❤️ Support a meaningful cause.
🚗 Take care of your vehicle.
🔧 Drive with confidence.

Both promotions end October 31!
