So, we ordered some new Ferrada wheels for a customer vehicle from Unleashed Wheels, after they showed up, we inspected them and found that 3 out of the 4 wheels had paint defects. Sent the 3 back for warranty and still have no wheels. This is over a month to handle this warranty issue.

I have nothing but bad things to say about Unleashed Wheels handling of this with their HORRIBLE customer service skills and Ferrada Wheels lack of quality control and customer service. Neither of the companies answer the phone or return calls from their voicemail.

I will not do business with either of these companies again.

Now here’s that same Passat after getting some love. New wheels and tires….20 inch, some H&R lowering springs, and brake calipers getting some paint. HUGE IMPROVEMENT. Needless to say the owner is very happy.
