"I had a great experience working with dawn. as a single dad my life is very busy to say the least.... several times I left her voice messages or texts with the expectation she would reply at some point and talk about my concerns. to my surprise more often than not her next communication with me would explain what the problem was and how she had already fixed it .where necessary she would include docs. via email or paper copy. dawn has a quiet "southern charm" about her, soft spoken and easy to deal with. but make no mistake dawn is as savvy as they come . thanks again dawn"
