Hear That Whistling? It Could Be Your PCV Valve!
That high pitched whistling noise coming from your engine could be a sign of a failing PCV valve.
Inside the PCV system is a rubber diaphragm that helps regulate engine crankcase pressure. When that diaphragm tears, engine vacuum can pull air through the opening at high speed, creating a noticeable whistling sound.
A small noise could be a sign of a bigger issue. If your vehicle starts making an unusual whistle, don't ignore it!

A Look Back at Where It All Began

A little trip down memory lane! We're taking it back to the 1980s with a few photographs from the early days of Swedish Motors.

These photos capture the shop around the time we first opened our doors. A lot has changed over the years, but one thing has remained the same: our passion for European cars and our commitment to the people who trust us to take care of them.

"Great overall experience at Swedish Motors!

Car had to be towed in at night, as the result of a radiator hose break and the system being drained.

Swedish motors jumped right in the next morning and ordered the necessary parts and replaced the radiator hose as well as a drive belt, which they found was cracked.
Also performed an oil change which was due.
