I'd like to take a moment for you to read this.

This particular project held special significance for us. Although it was initially scheduled for an exterior and interior detail only, the family's current circumstances, which are quite serious, weighed heavily on my mind. I felt compelled to go above and beyond, so I decided to perform a paint correction, polish, and ceramic coating, as well as hand polish all the chrome components. When the customer arrived to collect their vehicle, I informed them that everything had been taken care of and that it was on us. In situations like these, it's clear that some things transcend monetary value. The value of bringing a smile to someone's face through a selfless act cannot be overstated, and that's precisely what we aimed to do. Although I wish we could have done more, this was what I felt was within our means after discussing it with Ashley, who concurred that it would be a meaningful gesture for the family.
