The perfect way to get your foot in the door! No experience? No problem. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we'll teach you the rest. You'll handle oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and top-offs, filter replacements, battery and wiper service, and multi-point inspections, all while learning from our experienced technicians.

🔧 WE’RE ALSO SEARCHING FOR EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECHNICIANS! We’re looking for experienced technicians who are confident in their skills and have the ability to properly diagnose and repair vehicle issues.

❤️ The Capper Family Company Picnic! ❤️
Saturday night was all about celebrating the people who make Capper what it is — our employees and their families!
Each year, our teams from all three dealerships come together for our annual company picnic to share a meal, have some fun, and, of course, eat way too much food! 😄
Mother Nature had other plans this year. With rain and saturated grounds, we made a last-minute pivot and brought the party inside at our Marengo store. We may have been comfortably crowded, but that didn’t stop the fun!
🌽 Bags were played.
🏰 Bouncy houses were jumped in.
🍽️ Plenty of great food was eaten.
🥤 Drinks were enjoyed.
🐶 Even our four-legged friends joined the fun!
🏈 And to top it all off, the Hawkeyes pulled out a BIG W over Michigan! 💛🖤
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who cooked, set up, cleaned up, and helped make the evening happen.
But our biggest thank you goes to our incredible team and their families. Your hard work, support, and dedication are what make everything we do possible.
