We’ve had a few phone calls inquiring about if we are still open or not since we had listed the business for sale. Yes, we are still open and everything is business as usual. We are currently taking in work and will continue to do so. In fact, we have our lead times down to about the shortest they have ever been on the labor side. We are diagnosing machines same or next day and are able to complete a lot of jobs within a couple days right now. Parts are still a mess so I can’t speak for every job due to parts availability but for the most part we are able to turn jobs much faster than in the past where Covid conditions were really bad. However, I do see a lot of the older machines having difficulty with parts availability. If you have a 90’s or early 2000’s machine, parts are definitely harder to get in a timely fashion. The supply chain is still a mess and parts cost are at an all time high, but the availability is slowing getting better.

We’ve been faced with a tough decision but this also opens up a great opportunity for someone. Some may know, some may not, but I also own other businesses and have been presented with a great opportunity with one of my other businesses that I just can’t pass up. This will require pretty much all of my time and some good capital so unfortunately something has to give and that decision is to sell Extreme Tec. I am not selling because business is slow or failing or any other reason. Business is busier than ever with no end in site. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person with mechanical skills. We have a huge customer base and well over a decade in business. We still have work coming in daily and a lot of work in progress. The new owner could buy today and have a full schedule tomorrow. Will have tools, lifts, specialty items, parts inventory, etc. Also comes with a lot of long term suppliers which we have built up great relations with. If your seriously interested and have the capital or atleast credit good enough to get it, then message me and we can talk about it. I’m not sharing details and wasting my time unless you can actually buy it. I can also offer some advise to access funds as I’ve purchased multiple businesses and have good knowledge of how to get access to funds aside from the traditional obvious choices. So Extreme Tec is officially for sale. Message me and we can setup a time for you to come by and go over some further details.

Also, any of our LS4 and Braap Motowerx customers that see this, don’t worry we are keeping those businesses open and going strong.
