County Line Customs management has an extremely high level of acceptance on all collision and restorations. For collision work quality controls are in place from the estimating and teardown to the repair completion and refinishing. When clients hire us, on their behalf, it’s like hiring an attorney, we handle any and all issues with the insurance company to ensure you received the best possible repair. Control check lists are done for all repairs and is double checked by management. When doing a full restoration, photos are taken from the time we receive the project auto through its completion. County Line then compiles a photo book for the customer showing and explaining the process their project restoration went through. At County Line Customs & Collision, the client comes first. By meeting the needs of every customer that walks through our doors, we create a word-of-mouth marketing model that allows us to expand dramatically with in our industry.
