Our body shop team accepts insurance claims and can restore your ride back to its former glory. We also work with reputable glass companies making us a one stop shop for repairs. Explosive Kustomz is a high-end custom fabrication, body, and paint shop. We’re looking to add a few dependable, skilled team members who take pride in quality work and want steady employment in a professional shop environment.

Open Positions
• Body Technician (metal work, panel fitment, filler work, alignment)
• Paint Prep / Blocker (primer, blocking, masking, sanding, final prep)
• Painter / Finisher (spray, cut/buff, final detail — preferred experience)
• Fabrication / Assembly Tech (wiring, assembly, fitment, general build help)
• Entry-Level Shop Assistant (must be coachable, reliable, willing to learn)

Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality work with attention to detail
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work efficiently while meeting shop standards
• Communicate clearly with the team and follow shop processes

Requirements
• Prior experience preferred (depending on position)
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Must take pride in workmanship

Pay & Schedule
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Location: [Manteno, Illinois]
