Finally redesigned the LBJ cup (oe size) for the 120/150 LCAs, on the first prototype set of apache lcas we used the DK cups which need spacers between the circlip and the joint housing - rather just machine it correctly. Now its an exact fit. The project stalled while we started the other shop, but back in action on the project along with a few other parts.

We are making another set of arms, now that we own an alignment machine itll be easier to confirm some specs and speed up the process lol. Assuming all is good with this set, those will be ready for a production run.

Sorry for the lack of posts recently LOL. Side tracked getting the DFW shop running - Thanks to Mr Patricio Reyes and all our great customers/friends- we are staying full and everything has been going great.

Starting that shop did delay / slow down some of our parts we were developing, like the LCAs- Rest assured - we have finally resumed R/D on those and have redesigned the ball joint cup we werent satisfied with on the original reiteration. We dont like to half ass anything as we want people to be able to use our parts and keep the reliability as high as we can. Like our friend below. ()

On that note- we finally had 2 ax2 "failures" recently- Given they greatly exceeded the lifespan we see out of alot of other shocks- This is 2 out of 15-1600 shocks- we will open these shortly to see what happened.

There are a few different new parts in the works- for the 120/150 platform- prob should make stuff for the new trucks lol, but you know bread and butter lol.

- side note on this- how many people would be interested in a heavier rear sway for the Elocker model 8.2s? SPs dont work with the lockers- we have thought about making one in the past but shipping / storing these is kind of awkward- but enough people have asked we have started thinking about it some.

A few people have asked about restock ETAs on UCAs- these are prob 1-2 months out roughly, BMC Chop plates are 2 weeks out ish, for the 2103 brake lines for the rear of the taco- no eta at the moment.

Anyways we will follow up about some of thise in the near future. Cheers

Always great when FJs come through. Doing the Fuel Pump, Apache Rear Upper / Lower Links, Apache panhard, and Apache rear sway bar links on this 350k plus mile (super clean) FJ.
