Introducing the Park Model RV 118 Model, with a standard footprint of 11’2” wide x 35’2” long. This model features a gorgeous, chef-inspired kitchen with a view! It offers generous living space with a pantry area to keep linens and essentials neatly organized. Standard 24" stackable washer/dryer utility hookups (washer and dryer sold separately). Black electric coil oven range and an 18 cu ft black refrigerator. There is a double-basin stainless steel sink with views of four kitchen windows. In the bathroom, you’ll find a 34" x 48" one-piece shower and a 24" pocket door from the hallway to the bath. The bedroom does fit a queen-size bed, with a double closet with bifold doors and a built-in dresser.The standard exterior features smart-panel siding with a GALVALUME metal roof, 8/12 roof pitch, and an interior vault ceiling. Throughout, you will find textured sheetrock walls. It’s all-electric; 100-amp service will need to be hardwired into the electrical panel box. It does have a 20-gallon water heater. Standard is nickel-plated hardware with flat white trim and baseboard. The windows are dual-pane, single-hung, low-E white windows. Outside, you will find three hurricane straps on each side of the home. It does have a side door entry with a coach light and a built-in entertainment center.
