We find this all too often. One of our cheap competitors (a large corporation) did this windshield before and they broke every clip on the side moldings to this windshield; they then "fixed" the problem by just gluing them back down.

We run into this a lot, poor quality work done by one of our competitors where they scratched the customers car and tried to just cover up their mistake with more glue. But it always ends up rusting and leaking!
