𝙎𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝘼𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙀𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 $1,000 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩

100 Automotive Technicians throughout the state of Pennsylvania recently received a 2022 $1,000 PA Tool Grant for excellence in their field. To qualify, these technicians must be full-time, first-time employees and with the company for at least 90 days. Upon finding out about the application process, we immediately nominated seven of our qualified, hard-working service and collision center technicians. We are so proud to say that all seven were selected and each received a $1,000 Tool Grant for the tool brand of their choice!! The technicians can spend the grant on the tools they want and will retain ownership of the tools!

We are so proud of all of our technicians, they are mostly the first ones to arrive every morning and typically always behind-the-scenes; never in the spotlight. Despite our efforts, most of them truly prefer that! We are just so incredibly proud of their dedication and drive; taking time to recognize these accomplished employees is something we don’t take lightly!

Job Responsibilities:
-Bumper repairs on used vehicles
-Perform cosmetic dent repairs on small to midsize dent damage on the exterior of client's vehicles
-File, grind, sand and smooth filled or repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools
-Pound out small dents with a hammer

Qualifications:
- 1 year experience preferred
-Professional demeanor and appearance
-Sales and customer service experience
-Determination to succeed
-Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license'
